one of the Dispersal Bays on the Southern side
of the airfield, near Whistley Down. The view is to
the North, with the Watch Office (Control Tower)
and one of the two Bellman Hangars in the
background. The white van shows where the main
road crosses the airfield today, which is built over
part of the original runway
